Section 210 provides in part: The current catalog of copy right entries and the index volumes herein provided for shall be admitted in any court as prima facie evidence of the facts stated therein as regards any copyright registration. The Catalog is subdivided to represent the classes of material listed in section 5 of said Title 17. The table at the end of this preface shows the organizar tion of the Catalog, the symbols used with the registration numbers to distinguish the classes, and the prices of the semiannual issues. The annual subscription for each part is twice the price of a single issue and the complete catalog, including all parts, may be secured on a subscription basis for $20 a year. The record of each copyright registration listed in the Catalog includes a description of the work copyrighted and data relating to the copyright claim (the name of the copyright claimant, as given in the application for registration, the copyright date, the copyright registration number, etc.) Available information in the records of the Copy! Right Office, including information relating to sub! Sequent changes of ownership, can be obtained upon request and upon payment to the Register of Copyrights of the fee specified in section 215 of said Title 17 for each hour of time consumed) for the conduct of a search of the records.
