Marta Sanz (Madrid, 1967) es doctora en Filología y profesora de la Universidad Antonio de Nebrija de Madrid. Colabora con el diario El País y con el Instituto Cervantes, así como con el blog de literatura La tormenta en un vaso, la revista digital Literaturas.com y con Mercurio. Ha publicado con la editorial Debate las novelas El frío, Lenguas muertas y Los mejores tiempos (premio Ojo Crítico de RNE en 2001). En 2003 publica Animales domésticos, y en 2006 queda finalista del premio Nadal con Susana y los viejos, obra que también es finalista del premio Salambó. Recientemente ha aparecido en la colección Miniletras una selección de tres relatos suyos titulada El canon de normalidad.
